Summary:
The Analyst II will perform all manner of business analysis projects through the design, construction and employment of standardized reports as well as executing adhoc analysis upon request. Analysts will provide data and support to operational managers as needed and will translate data into observations and actionable recommendations that will improve current business practices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides analytical support to all PCI Gaming operations
  • Assists in the development of near and long term financial plans for PCI Gaming
  • Oversees on-going and special operational analytical projects
  • Develops financial forecasting and reporting models to meet the business needs of three operating properties and associated corporate operations
  • Anticipates the analytical needs of management and prepares reports which enable timely and relevant decision making
  • Coordinates the financial planning calendar and ensures adherence to key deadlines
  • Coordinates development of annual budgets during the financial planning process
  • Prepares financial documentation for quarterly and monthly operations reviews and reporting for key stakeholders
  • Prepares financial trend analysis and capital investment analysis
  • Monitors capital plans and forecasts
  • Continually evaluates and monitors PCI Gaming's activity and financial performance to ensure that goals and plans are achieved

  • Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics and Graduate level study with at least 75% completion of requirements for MBA or equivalent advanced degree is required
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is desirable
  • Minimum of one (1) year work experience with a Fortune 1000 company or comparable high growth company
  • Minimum of one (1) year work or educational experience conducting detailed statistical or data analysis with a Fortune 1000 company or as part of a graduate level studies program
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of management in a clear and friendly manner

Summary:
The Security/EMT Officer is responsible for the safety of the guests, employees and visitors, and the security and control of the casino's property and its assets. The Officer will also provide EMT support for any medical emergencies that may occur. Officers are primarily Security Officers who perform all duties of an officer and EMT duties when needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to medical scenes and assess situations
  • Take charge of all medical emergencies upon arrival at a medical scene or, if under control of a higher qualified medical person (s), document name and qualification and assist as needed
  • Responsible for proper training of peer Security Officers in respect to the use of medical gear on an assistance basis only
  • Inventory and document Trauma bags at beginning of shift, when items are used, and/or if any abnormalities exist
  • Conduct meetings after any changes in medical procedures or after a major medical incident
  • Visual inspection of the Automated External Defibrillation (AED) and Oxygen supplies in accordance with the schedule set forth by the Security Director
  • Supervise monthly AED drills and complete all related paperwork
  • Security and control of all casino assets
  • Identification checks, theft prevention, crowd control and all aspects of guests and employee safety
  • Gaming machine access and pay out verification; Key control
  • Employee and guest escorts; Guest services and head counting

  • Ensures that the gaming complex stays in a clean, sanitized fashion
  • Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, cleaning of wood, glass, pictures, doors, tables, chairs, slot machines, and carpets

  • Maintains and cleans equipment used; Uses equipment properly

Summary:
The Barback shall procure and stock alcoholic and nonalcoholic products as well as other consumables related to the distribution of food and beverages to guests throughout the gaming facility.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Stock and rotate (First In-First Out) all products and supplies (glassware, ice, garnish etc.) necessary for the bar operation
  • Prepare inventory orders based upon par levels and guidance from the bartender and supervisor
  • Dispose of liquor bottles in accordance with established procedures
  • Ensure a signature is received for all consumable products delivered to a bar
  • Continuously clean the bar areas, especially the bar top as you move around the bar
  • Ensure that any dirty glassware, loose napkins, and paper debris and trash are removed immediately; Clean dirty ashtrays
  • Sweeps and mops bars and associated areas each shift or as needed to maintain effective cleanliness
  • Check the chemical levels of the glass washers and availability of cleaning supplies for the manual wash sinks
  • Check the temperature of all refrigeration equipment and ice machines, and inform a supervisor immediately if an abnormal situation occurs
  • Keep the dump sinks clean and treated with sanitizing solution to prevent insect growth; keep floors mopped free of dirt and sticky surfaces; sanitize the ice bin, whenever the ice in a bartender station becomes contaminated
  • Tap and replace kegs, and restock the bar gun system as directed by the supervisor
  • Other duties as assigned
